Refund policy

For a duplicate charge, non-delivery, incorrect product or inaccessible PDF, contact support with your order reference and purchase email. Do not submit another payment if an earlier payment has been debited. We review requests and help resolve download issues or arrange an appropriate refund where applicable. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, subject to its processing timelines. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Download links expire after 24 hours. Contact support if you missed the window; buying again is not the first step. A full refund or administrative revocation disables further downloads, although files already saved to your device cannot be remotely removed.
